JOB SUMMARY:
Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring the best available IT Professionals available for our customers. We utilize proven recruiting methods and processes and provide an environment with great people and tools to reach your goals. This position is an ideal role for an experienced staffing professional looking for a stable company and the ability to grow in both potential and income.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing a pipeline of available IT professionals for open and expected client position requests by researching available candidate database of IT professionals, soliciting referrals, networking at events, and developing as well as maintaining candidate relationships
· Maintain a detailed understanding of job requirements; advertising open position requests on online job boards, social networking sites, and other media; screening and submitting candidates based upon the requirements and behavioral fit for each position; and conducting reference checks on selected candidates
· Ensure successful placements by advising candidates on the keys to a successful interview, debriefing candidates and clients following client interviews to gather feedback; negotiating pay and position expectations with the candidate; and communicating regularly with hiring managers and account personnel to monitor and maintain customer satisfaction
· Maintain strong relationships through regular contact in order to solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client satisfaction
· Generate sales leads
REQUIREMENTS:
· College Degree
· 2+ years experience as an Technical Recruiter in the IT staffing industry
· A strong work ethic and impeccable character
· Superior communication, presentation and customer service skills
· Effective negotiation and closing techniques
· The ability to achieve and/or exceed goals
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills
