Account Executive

Job Description:

Develop, maintain and increase customer relationships in branch territory.

Perform weekly marketing calls and garner weekly appointments.

Meet/exceed performance expectations for billable hours and GP$’s.

Organize weekly marketing efforts utilizing territory plan sheets.

Provide customized information for proposal generation; close business making use of the sales call plan.

Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop new business.

Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.

Requirements:

At least 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in a staffing firm specializing in light industry, office or professional staffing.

2 or 4 year College Degree or equivalent business experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.

Self-starter to develop creative ways of obtaining business.
