Responsibilities
Job Description: Lead, manage and accountable for the daily activities of the organization’s operations including; implementation of plans to ensure attainment of business plan objectives for growth and profit; sales goals for bi-weekly billable hours; new prospect development; sales lead flow; business, recruitment, and marketing plan implementation; sales process and account management including customer care; public relations; policy and procedural communication and enforcement; communication within the team and with the client providing on-going feedback to team, owner/management and clients; oversees human resources functions; hires, trains and directs the work of others. Competencies: -
? Market/Customer Understanding - Knowledge of the needs, preferences, trends and practices affecting customer and market behaviors. . Ability to professionally represent company’s market messaging. -
