Position Description:
The Sr. Recruiter – ERP/SAP will be responsible for recruiting and attracting top talent to our clients. This person will provide full life-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas and markets.
Job Specs: requisition development, developing creative sourcing strategies, candidate screening and qualification, client, candidate and recruiting process management, offer negotiation and closing as well as attending relevant recruiting and/or job fairs and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year IT Recruiting experience (SAP/ERP experience preferred)
- Significant experience in the sourcing and recruiting of ERP implementation and functional consultants
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or SAP
