Our team consists of a strong group of individuals with experience in the staffing industry. We all come from staffing, so we are intimate with the nuances that are unique to our industry.
Our team has experience within all of the different staffing disciplines including F&A, Administrative, LI, Healthcare, IT, Engineering, etc. We have experience with every position type and field as well - from business development to recruiting to management, as well as onsite & vender management. We will draw from our direct experience to continually improve upon our service and meet the needs of our users.

Perrin Peacock
CEO & Founder
Perrin Peacock successfully ran an executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of experienced professionals within the staffing industry. His boutique search firm was utilized by staffing firms to outsource searches for their most difficult-to-find internal hiring needs; including recruiters, account executives, branch managers, and senior management.
Perrin gained his experience in staffing while at Robert Half International. Starting in sales and working through a variety of progressive roles, he held positions as account executive, division director, internal consultant and sales trainer for the finance & accounting and IT divisions. In his role as an internal consultant, he traveled across the country gaining a thorough knowledge of regional and industry related trends. Later, he managed a large team of recruiters and sales people in a $20 million Texas territory that included the F&A, IT, and creative divisions.
Perrin holds an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
Kevin Knaul
Special Advisor
Kevin Knaul is the former executive vice president of Hudson IT & Telecommunications North America, which provides staffing and solutions services to a diverse portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients. He was responsible for the strategic management of its 24 offices and approximately 1,000 consultants on billing.
A seasoned industry expert, his perspective and guidance on the staffing industry and overall employment trends have been sought by publications such as CIO, InformationWeek, eWeek, Chicago Tribune, Marketwatch, CareerJournal.com, and Business Talk Radio. He has also provided consulting services to WMG Capital for staffing and related professional services investments.
Kevin joined Hudson from The Allegis Group, where he served as division vice president and national sales manager.
Kevin holds a degree in Marketing from Miami University. |
